For example,if you are coming with 7 players,3,000×7=21,000.

So on Sep.11th the day you come with your team mate,you'll have to add another 6,000 yen to complete everybody 3,000 yen system.
All proceeds from this fun event will go directly to supporting the self-reliance of Ghanian people

- If you cancel or change your reservation after August 21st,the money paid when making your reservation is kept as a cancellation fee.

※Basically, there will be eight games, but depending on the number of participating teams, the number of games will change.The minimum number of guaranteed games will be 6 games, but the game time will be longer if the number of games is small.

- There are 5 players on each team (including the keeper)
- There must be 5 people present at the beginning of the match
- Players can be changed without the approval of judges
- When the ball is sidelined, it must be kicked back into play and members of the other team must be at least 5 meters away.
- Back passes are allowed, but the keeper cannot take the back pass by hand.
- Each match will be 7 minutes long
- Every team will participate in the finals league.

1. Event participation is determined based on the order in which individuals or teams submit their payment.
2. If you cancel or change your reservation the money paid when making your reservation is kept as a cancellation fee.
If the event is cancelled, all participation fees will be returned.
3. If you are injured or have other accidents during the event, we will not take responsibility.
Also, if participants injure other participants the participants the host will not take responsibility.
Please purchase sports insurance in case of injury. Please confirm the coverage dates of your insurance.
4. The event will take place even if there is rain. However, if there is severe weather the event may be cancelled.
If the organizers determine the event must be canceled due to sever weather, we will contact team leaders 90 minutes prior to the start of the event.

- Those who entered can also participate in "Entertainment Time (not decided yet)" which will be held between the morning and afternoon conference.
- To ensure safe matches, please confirm Futsal match rules with your team prior to the event.
- When your entry procedure has been completed, please print out this member registration form.After all the required information is entered, please make sure this form is submitted to the event staff when registering.
- We are preparing bibs to identify each team, so you do not need to have a uniform to participate. Please prepare shin guards and other protective gear.
- Bringing beverages other than "water" into the Ajinomoto stadium field, admission with shoes with heels is prohibited.
- If your team would like to cancel, please contact the office of this event at Altemisu Company Incorporated at this number: 03-6304-9836.We will not refund participation fees.
- Wearing glasses is not permitted. Please wear contact lenses or sports glasses with rubber bands.
